America's Tea since 1859 – The Hartford's Chamomile Tea is a great soothing and refreshing tea. It's appreciated by many for its comforting taste and delicate aroma. Since it is naturally caffeine free, it makes the ideal bedtime drink.

A&P was headed by George Huntington Hartford from 1878 – 1917. He expanded the company into the country's largest retailer, and a household name with products found in kitchens all over America. A&P was one of the first companies to introduce prepackaged tea, and has been filling tea cups across America for over 150 years. We are excited to tap into our humble NYC roots and bring back our specially crafted teas. Enjoy this trip into the tea history of America.

Ideal for Bedtime

I drink chamomile almost every night and the 48 count pack is perfect for keeping stocked. The flavor is soft and calming and the aroma feels comforting.

This tea has a smooth, gentle taste. Individually wrapped bags help keep everything fresh, especially since it's a big box.

Lovely and Relaxing

I bought the larger box because I go through chamomile quickly. It’s mellow, soothing, and works well as a relaxing evening cup.

The flavor is nice, though I do prefer mine a bit stronger. I steep it longer or use two bags when I want a richer cup.

Really smooth tea with a soft floral aroma. It’s great value and feels like one of those staples I always want in the pantry.
